Structure emerges through the interactions of autonomous software elements. While each element follows simple pre-programmed rules, unexpected and complex forms are generated as they combine in myriad configurations. The composition is continually changing, moving from one state to another according to the program, but it's possible to intervene by directly controlling the position of the elements and therefore influencing the future compositions. An array of diverse visual filters creates alternative perspectives from which to explore the work.
